Yay, last night these two skills showed up in my Lingot store. No more having to follow secret links to strengthen them.

Also, I noticed that the 'write what you hear' exercises had a turtle for slowing the speaker down. This may be a glitch of some sort because clicking the turtle does nothing whatsoever.

I bought both bonus skills at the Lingot store, yet I can only learn from one. Eo Culture is gray, I can't access it, and I'm out at least 30 lingots.

I did. Friends were very generous and donated lingots.

Please stop clicking the turtle. Every time you click it, my coffee maker turns on and I haven't slept in days.

Reminds me of the light switch in my uncle's house that never turned anything on. Seems to me Scott Adams adressed those switches in one of his Dilbert books.

We had two of those in my house. I've removed one.

I have one of those, located directly on a light fixture and as such one presumes that the light is controlled by the switch but no.

I like to think that I have a twin in a parallel universe with an extra light with no extra switch thinking, "Who is doing that?"

The turtle is very useful in Russian. Not until you use the slow-motion option is it possible to hear what is said... (in that language).

Mine is working okay, I click on the turtle and the speaking voice says "Tes----tuuuuuuu----do." Very slowly.

I see them in the first leg of my Esperanto tree now. I re-gilded them earlier this week. They have a rectangle around them so they stand out a bit.
