Lingots

Is there going to be more use for lingots in the future? Or maybe other uses for them in other languages, for example in Spanish you can pay 30 lingots for a lesson in idioms and proverbs, or flirting. I've checked in French and German and there's nothing like it. Does anyone know

A. the answer to my first question or B. If there is anything else you can pay lingots in other languages. Thank you!

P.S. I'm saving up for either the idioms and proverbs lesson or flirting. Which one should I choose? Idioms and proverbs right?

Recently, lingots were replaced by "gems" on iOS, which does have more uses than lingots.

Bonus Skills only appear for a language (if they have them) after you complete a small amount of work in them. I think it's completing the first few skills but I can't remember.

I can confirm that French for English speakers and German for English speakers both have them.

Regarding the future of Lingots ... I think it more likely that new purchasable features will be created for Gems rather than Lingots. Why? Because they (Gems) are a revenue generator, and most companies follow the money.

German and Italian (both for English users) do offer "Idioms and Proverbs" and "Flirting" bonus skills.

Flirting is quite a useful feature!

It should be, yes, but Flirting skill in German looks just useless, while Italian looks useless too but at least is funny.

The same with French. Just a common phrases.

What kind of more uses? Just curious. Are there more things you can buy?

I would suggest the Idioms one, then set a goal to earn another 30 for the flirting, just because that sounds like it might be fun :) I haven't seen anything like that for my other languages either; I wish they would add more extras like that though, it gives people like me who have the "complete everything" bug something to look forward to. =D

In French I can buy idioms or flirting ... I'm surprised you don't have it. I always get idioms and proverbs : )
