All right, on your homepage, where it says Italian skills, level 14, you should see some options above. One of them is your username, with a photo, and the flag of Italy. Hover over the flag of Italy, and it will give you a list of courses that you are learning. It also says "Add a new course". You click that and it will direct you to a bunch of language courses that you can select. When you click on one, let's say French, for example, it will say start course. You press that and start learning it. Hope I helped.
