Many English expressions use the word 'time' instead of 'hour'. Couldn't we translate the example sentence as 'A very good time'?' as in, say, 'Two o'clock is a very good time to have lunch'? Or does the word 'oră' here refer to something that lasts an hour (which, incidentally, could also be translated as 'time')?
