Macedonian, Slovene, Belarusian, Rusyn, Armenian, Ainu, Georgian, Sami, Kazakh, Inuktitut, Greenlandic... :D

Out of the ones you listed, I chose Finnish, Catalan and Chinese. Chinese purely because, well, why not have the most spoken language in the world, Catalan because it's already DL for Spanish speakers so it would be fairly easy to bring here, and Finnish because, honestly, I'd give it a go, even if people say it's a monster of a language. If it's around the difficulty of Hungarian, I don't believe it's as hard as people say it is.
