Yes you can, along with the 'Ga' in casual speech.
「御飯が大好きです」is not accepted.
「ご飯が大好きです」is also not accepted.
I think ごはん is mostly written as ご飯 and not 御飯, but 「ご飯が大好きです。」is not accepted anyway.

In a game I played, 大好き on its own was translated as "I love you". So, it appears that this can also be used for romantic love as well as general love of an item, eg. ラんプは大好き
