Stories Question

Does anyone know when Duolingo is planning on adding stories in other languages? I think it is a neat idea, but as I only know Italian, Spanish and Portuguese are not much use to me.

The stories are only experimental, so if they seem to be good, DuoLingo is sure to add them for other languages.

They addressed this (more than once) in the stickied post.

You could try one of the Spanish ones, amiga imaginaria is the easiest. The most important part of the lesson is listening, and knowing Italian might be enough to follow along (check out http://www.wikinapoli.com/italian/spanish-to-italian first, even though it goes the wrong way).

When I clicked on the hyperlink, it brought me to a page that said nothing about Spanish to Italian.

That's odd, the page I get is exactly about Spanish to Italian.
