"maybe" is one word.

Did you report it?

the report options for Swahili to English only give "Swahili sentence is wrong" as an option. Still being marked wrong March 2018

I am not aware of any place where it can be reported except by commenting.

Is there a button that says "report a problem" to the left of the "discuss sentence" button?

For this question it only gives a multiple choice selection; not an option for describing the problem.

I'd still report using one of the options available. Not as helpful, I know, but it's something.

none of the options allow you to specify that the English is the problem

Unless I am just possibly forgetting an example of a time when this sentence would be used, I can't think of a time I would ever use this in English. Does this sentence make sense, or seem practical to a Swahili speaker? Just wondering!

my thoughts exactly! Only way it would be used in English is to get out of something, for example: "Did you cook in this kitchen yesterday" (i.e. left a mess). "umm....Maybe I cooked.." (I'm not committing until I find out why I'm being asked)

Have neither of you ever been forgetful??

Why not ‘perhaps’?

there is no space in between the "may" and the "be" in maybe

It is tipic for Duolingo giving these kind of ....sentences. Matter is about presenting ( here) adverb in some simple connection. And of xcourse " maybe " should be written tpgether. :)
