No more level requirement for discussion?

Just today, I was browsing the "Discussion" section, for no apparent reason (because I had reset all of my languages), and lo and behold, I can comment discussions outside of the Troubleshooting category. Is this part of the new website rewrite?

Possibly the fact that you had presumably already met the level requirement [at least once] before resetting your languages might be enough to allow you to comment.

I had reset once before, and I know that this is not the same. Also, my language levels have been like this for 3 weeks now due to a bug that only reset my 'basics 1' fluency level. However, only now can I comment on discussions outside the 'troubleshooting' forum.

Yes I agree - I am nearly finished with the program and would really love to learn the idioms and casual expressions that make the language more fun. Some people have said they give out a third one around Christmas time, seems like a long time to wait once a year
