"Tu citești mesajul." = "You read the message. / You are reading the message."
In Romanian, there is no difference between present simple and present continuous like there is in English.
I wish there were tips about spelling and pronunciation for native English speakers. It's very difficult to parse out that what sounds like 'cheetesc' is spelled citesti.
