もっと野菜を食べてください。

I got only this sentence repeated over and over in the lesson

The annoying thing about this bug is that you were also supposed to learn より, ほう, いちばん and もっと in this lesson, so if you only saw this question then you only learned もっと.

The only sentence on this lesson twenty times over haha

But I bet you eat more vegetables today.

This lesson lessened my desire to eat vegetables..

もっとやさいを食べてください。? もっとやさいを食べてください もっとやさいを食べてください。!!! もっとやさいを食べてください。

Sorry - could you repeat that, please?

Any more vegetables and I'm going to burst.

Or go vegan. Poor animals...

It seems the course is broken if you get this sentence first (either Japanese -> English or English -> Japanese). But when I started the course over and got a different sentence first, it worked properly.

(I have not fully tested this, so it might not hold in all cases! But when the course started with 'いちばんちかいコンビニはどこですか?', everything seemed to work as expected.)

Tfw even your Japanese lessons start begging you to eat more vegetables. Leave me and my poor eating habits alone, Duo-

I got it already, Duo. I should be eating more vegetables. Can we move on now?

Post more sentences, please.

Why 食べて? Why not 食べ? Doulingo doesn't contain theories.

How would you say, "Please eat vegetables more" in Japanese? At first I thought that was just another way to say the above sentence, but then realised that the "more" applied to "[frequency of] eating vegetables" rather than the amount of vegetables eaten.

https://www.duolingo.com/profile/SeanFogart4

Actually that's what it means. I just put "Eat vegetables more please" which bounced. "Eat more vegetables" would be もっと多く野菜を食べて...

No. I'm not a filthy vegetarian.
