Kennen sie die Preise?

I have this sentence written down from the Money Skill. Is kennen the most suitable verb? If the prices are a fact... shouldn't it be "Wissen sie die Preise?"

Kennen oder wissen... which one sounds more natural?

It is often best to use "kennen" if you refer to a noun or similar and "wissen" if you refer to a clause.

For example:

"Kennen Sie die Preise?" and "Wissen Sie, wie viel es kostet?"

In your sentence, "kennen" is best.

I hope I could be of help.

For me both sound natural. So for this example this might be a regional difference, but both make sense to use.
