90 Day Challenge Week 7 Updates
Here is where you can post what you've learned in 7 weeks from the 90 day challenge!
This week, I got up to the "Past Imperfect" in the Polish Duolingo tree. I need to sit down and take some time to see what patterns there are in the past tense and past imperfect in general. I was able to notice one quickly when conjugating present tense verbs, but I haven't picked up on the pattern yet for past tense. Even so, I'm glad I was able to get to it, because I feel that it'll help me be able to say a lot more. Also, the education skill has been very helpful because it includes vocabulary that is relevant to what I would talk about, such as "to study".
After 7 weeks, what have you learned? What vocabulary do you find is most relevant to topics you would discuss?
Hi! I didn't write last week because I was quite busy preparing for a trip to Hungary. But in week 6 I learnt Hungarian words about houshold, clothing and colors. However in week 7 I didn't learn much and I did mainly repetition.
Nice! Repetition is helpful (: I need to review many of the things I've been learning recently
Yes, repetition is very important for me because I had always problems with remembering words. I think this week I'll make some good notes about Hungarian cases because there are too many of them and I'm getting confused.
I've listened to some more Italian podcasts and streaming radio stations. Seems I've finally managed to find some things with a reasonable number of words I don't understand as immediately. We'll see what I can figure out with more exposure!
