What are maid cafes?

AFAIK, they are cafes where the waitresses act like they are your maids.

A cafe where the hostesses wear maid outfits and act cute pretty much. This imgur album has some pics: https://imgur.com/gallery/nAjNT

Im thankful for duolingo adding this sentence to this lesson.

This exact sentence has appeared in every single level and it's getting ridiculous when at the 4th level the same sentence continues appearing, especially when it's all in Hiragana. If there was some kanji being used that might make sense, but only in the lower levels. This sentence shouldn't be appearing at Level 4 when it contains nothing new or advanced.
