I'm a Software Engineer with a fair amount of experience. The incubator relies on volunteering. It seems like it would be in the same spirit to allow some level of volunteering on development of the app itself.

Is there any way that the source code for the apps could be made open? It's frustrating to not have the tips and notes section in the mobile apps. I'm not asking for complete parity, but the tips and notes have all of the most important information about learning a new language.

I would love the opportunity to volunteer some time to look at possibly implementing the T sections for mobile lessons.

The software is propriety, currently undergoing a lot of changes so I doubt that they would release it under any form of open source licence. You could apply to join the development teams but I think they are only taking on people who live locally.
