XP weekly score
I get an email every week saying my XP score is zero and the 2 preceding weeks are also zero. This is incorrect. Is there a way of fixing this?
Those emails are quite weird. Mine says "there are only a few hours left" of the week, although it's Saturday morning where I am when I get them (and not even Sunday anywhere in the world).
Is it possible you have more than one account, though? In that case, you might have zero XPs on one account (that you might have forgotten all about), and the email might be related to that one. There's only one account per email address, of course, but many people have emails to different addresses ending up in the same inbox.
Generally, Duolingo isn't very good at fixing these inaccuracies in their messages, even when pointed out to them.
