What would "are you married?" be? 結婚しますか？
What you wrote would be "Are you getting married?" ; u ; You'd use the しています ending to imply an ongoing state; marriage happened and continue to be married. So: 結婚していますか?
As a follow up, how would you ask whether it was an open marriage?
