English talks: gender equality.
In modern times, we can notice some diferences while we are treating a male or a female; as a society we have to do a great effort to give the same opportunities to women and men.
The interesting point is: Indeed women are not same as men however it does not implies that women are better or worse than men, simply it indicates that nature or this reality has (as always) a lot of variables and it depends of us how we use those variables.
I like to think in differences as opportunities to enrich our vision of this reality, the differences are superficial. Yes there are black, yellow, white people, male, female, with different sexual preferences, religion, ideas, experiencies, dreams, from different countries... However behind all that stuff always there is a human being.
So as society we have the great opportunity to understand our differences, as a way to enrich our culture, our jobs and our lifes.
I have some corrections, if you like:
we have to make a great effort (I would say "make a big effort," but that's just me)
it does not imply
it depends on us
I like to think of differences
and our lives
