What is the last ein
Sie kauft in einem Baumarkt ein. Sie hörn sich ein konzert ein.
What are these last "ein"s? Can somebody translate these with and without the last ein
You can't translate them without that 'ein'- it's part of the verb.
Einkaufen and anhören are part of a group of verbs known as separable verbs. You can read about them here:
It does exist though. "sich einhören" (it's always reflexive) means getting to know something by repeatedly listening to it. It's rare and not really necessary, so don't worry about it, but I do use it sometimes. I don't know of a literal translation but here's an example: "Das Album ist echt gut, man muss sich nur etwas einhören." - "The album is really good, you just gotta listen to it a few times."
