Exploratory Classes- adding multiple languages to my duolingo classroom

Hi Duolingo!

I am a long-time language lover, but I have recently become a teacher. I teach mainly French, but I also have an exploratory class for my middle school students, where they learn the basics of Spanish, French, German, Chinese (not offered on Duolingo), German, and then a language of their choice.

I just set up my Duolingo classroom, and I wanted to know if there is any way to add multiple languages to the classroom instead of just setting one language. I would rather set the assignments for specific topics (i.e. basics in Spanish, food in French, etc) than require a certain number of XP per day. Is there any way to change this?

Thanks!

Hi mketch,

=> If students [...] are learning different languages, and you want them all in the same classroom, select “No specific language.”
