Mobile won't let me log in - or create a new profile because I already have one
I have a duolingo account, and recently downloaded the mobile app. It's asked me to create a profile - so I've put in my email - but it then won't let me, because my email already has a profile, but it won't let me simply log in either. What to do??
When you start the mobile app, there should be a screen with two buttons labelled "Register" and "I already have an account" or "Create account" and "Sign in" (or something similar). If you start the app and just find a registration form, you need to find a back button (probably in the upper left-hand corner).
AHA! found this...profile settings are under the clubs tab....of course! where else would they be?
Log in the IOS App From the home page: go to the clubs tab touch "profile" then touch "settings" and then you have to sign in with the same username and password as in Duolingo's web version (http://www.duolingo.com)
Once you have the mobile app opened, there should be an option designated: "I already have an account". If you choose this option, you should be able to sign in to your Duolingo account.
I have the same problem. Last week my account was "gone" even though I'd completed a whole Spanish course. I deleted and reinstalled the program but it goes straight to the learning screen and wants me to create a new profile. No options to log in
