Im betting the language is a little mixed up on translation to english, we have a bunch of useless and almost unnecessary extra words that they try to throw in here. I suggest following the courses to learn the language but think of it in a basic form such as my mother sweating - > nuha muna nages. Maybe no filler words but we can make sense of it.
