Are there any official support people here? I'm looking for a Tinycards expert
I searched the discussions for "tinycards expert," (without the quotes) and got tons of hits. However, each hit had only "tinycards" or "expert" but not the two together. Doing the search for those words in quotes got me 0 hits. Ditto "expert in tinycards." I think I can safely assume there is no discussion here containing both of those words.
I am looking for either a staff support person, or someone who is an expert at tinycards, who can tell me how to import the deck I created on the Duolingo website, onto my iPhone. I've already posted that question, but have received no responses at all. (Other questions I've asked usually get answers very quickly.)
Is there nobody here, whether a user or an employee or someone, who can answer that question?

Do you want to access from the Tinycards iOS app (on iPhone) your deck created in the Tinycards website?
Yes, that is exactly what I want to do! I have already installed the app on my iPhone, but there are no decks there. It doesn't sync up with my decks that I created via the tinycards.duolingo.com site. Since tinycards was originally designed for iOS devices, there should be a way for me to upload or sync, or whatever, my decks to the iPhone app. Thanks!

Sure you're logged with the same username ("Bastette54") in both the website and the app?

Not really in the sense that you can't "force" a sync yourself. But if you log within the same user account (=same username) then you'll be in one same account hence have access to the decks of said account.
You should also be able to find others' deck among which your deck (of which you know the exact name).
Thank you!! This worked! I signed out, then signed back in. It immediately started to import my Duolingo courses.
I don't know why that didn't happen the first time I opened the app. I signed in with the same username and password that I just used now. That's why I thought there was something else I needed to do to get access to my decks.
Anyway, problem solved, hooray! Here are a couple of lingots. :)
