They are verb conjugations for the word eat. For example:

Je mange

Tu manges

Vous mangez

I highly recommend using listeningpractice.org for practicing verb conjugation. You can choose what tenses to practice and what verbs to practice. Start simply and work your way up. If you need help you can click on a link and it will take you to a page where you can get the full conjugation as well as sample sentences.
