My favourite is "futschikato", a faux-Italian version of "futsch", which is a colloquial word for "weg" (gone). It's been around for many decades though. Not sure why it took them so long to add it.
That's quite the mouthful! Someone else said that facebooken has also been around for years - I guess they can only update it so often!
Slang words and teenager-lingo come and go quickly. In order to make it into the "Real" dictionary, a word needs to show some staying-power.
Is that Schloss Moyland in your profile picture? :)
Ja, Schloß Moyland in NRW.
But I picked it only by scrolling through pages of castle images and found one I thought looked nice even when cropped down to Duo's tiny avatar image size.
Gotcha. I just recognised it because I'm from around there.
Ha, no, it was taken in Riga - I used to live there!
After looking at dozens of castle photos, they do tend to look more-or-less similar.
"gefacebookt" laueft immer wieder im Kopfkino...
Ha ha! Hashtag es tut mir leid ;) Ungelikt!
"unliked" that is funny!
I do my best!
I enjoyed the article, Danke.
You're welcome! :)
