Please explain in which context this question may be used. What do you have? In your pockets? You found something? Show me? What ís your problem? Your score? Got the flu? Jesses,... got some dope? And so on... Thanks..

If this means "What do you have", then how would one ask "Do you have it?"

"What have you" is a common old english expression. Ít a gẻneralised term for "anything that fits the idea"
