Duolingo Plus Minus?

I love Duolingo - thought the no-ads and off-line aspects of Duolingo Plus would be great, but alas, the only part of Duolingo Plus that works, is the billing and payment process. Pity that it went wrong at the moment when I had built up enough loyalty and trust towards the brand to actually start paying for it. So I've cancelled my subscription, but lost out on this month's payment for something that I still can not access. Hopefully it is a simple mistake on my part - will appreciate feedback. Anni

So the features wouldn't work? If that's the case you should move this to the Troubleshooting forum. :)

Thanks - you're right. I would if I could figure out how to move this discussion without starting a new one in the troubleshooting forum. Maybe it should even be a 'bug report', but I've already spent too much time searching for that button too. One of the good things about Duolingo is its very simple interface, but it also makes communication with the team difficult. Especially when one pays for a service, there should be clear avenues of contact - hopefully this message filters through to them and there will be more thought and app development behind the next adbased invitation to join a paid Duolingo service.
