Seriouly, this makes as much sense in Hungarian as it does in English. I am thinking some Stargate-like situation...
A few other sentences in this section gave me the impression that if you talk about -ba/-ban/-ből of a group, it can also refer to the group itself, and not to a single person. Point in case: https://www.duolingo.com/comment/19749302
Couldn't that apply here, too, that the "interesting animal" just climbs down in the group's midst? It might stretch the grammar a bit, though.
