I-phone app malfunctioning
My app suddenly malfunctioned yesterday and went back to the beginning. All my subscriptions are gone. I was on 80+ days. How can I get it back? Have deleted the app several times, turned the phone off. Nothing seems to work.
Is it possible you mistakenly created a new account on the app? The account you posted with here has you at an 88-day streak and plenty of XP in German, Spanish, and French.
Another possibility is that you changed your base language. For example, if you set the app as though you were a German speaker, then your progress in Spanish (from German) would be zero. All of your progress from English would be preserved and available once you went back to English as your base language.
