This sounds like "dee-tya" to me, especially when listen to the slow version. Which is why I answered "дитя уже здесь". I am having a difficult time distinguishing between дитя and дети when listening to the robo-voice
well, in words that end in "-и" the sound it usually makes is "-yee," so that might be sparking the confusion
The translation shows the word "already", but that's not used in the Russian sentence so how is the translation correct?
"The children already are here" is wrong, but "The children are already here" is right? Really?
