vaedas = sings and singing both? Is there no distinction between the simple present and present continuous?

In many languages (including Valyrian) there is no distinction between these to tenses. For English speakers this might be pretty weird but it is common in other languages like French. e.g. In French, "il mange" can both mean "he eats" and "he is eating".
