III. Previous Weekly Incubator Updates
See this index of WIUs.
but i did not see it.
You missed the announcement on forums about looking for alpha-testers then.
where to add it ?
If you haven't been selected after having applied (to eb an alpha-tester), you can't: it's an alpha-test (="internal" and small scale test), it's not a beta test which, on Duolingo, means "available to everyone".
Glad to see that there are three courses getting close to release!
Also congrats to Team Dutch on the Tree 2.0! I remember being around for the Dutch course's incubation and this revision has been a long time coming. Unfortunately fate has decided that I shouldn't be a part of the test group for it (nor has it chosen me for Korean alpha testing, so that's a double disappointment in a short period of time), but I eagerly await the time when the new tree comes my way!
Edit: Well whaddya know! I actually did get into the Korean alpha. Hooray for more good news!
To think that it's been enough years since then that I can't remember if it was 2013 or 2014... yeah, it's crazy to imagine that I've been here so long (since June 2013). The Time of Itch was indeed a good one. While the course volunteers have certainly learned much since then to help them develop quality courses, I can't help but wish for a return to a time where teams competed with each other for how quickly they could get their courses out.
