Yay voor Boom 2.0! :-) Unfortunately, I seem to be on the wrong side of that test. The "Russian for" courses are doing well...

Good to see Indonesian still making steady progress, despite complete lack of updates.

Better than the opposite. ;)

Isn't Polish the opposite of Indonesian?

Opposite or reversed or turned upside down?
That's the question. ;)

A particular translation of the flag is certainly required. So I could both agree with you and say tak, and disagree with you and say tak!

You are learning a lot of language courses. I am very impressed

why are you learning Korean ? how ?

Alpha-test has begun (on iOS and Android).

    [deactivated user]

but i did not see it. where to add it ?

but i did not see it.

You missed the announcement on forums about looking for alpha-testers then.

      where to add it ?

If you haven't been selected after having applied (to eb an alpha-tester), you can't: it's an alpha-test (="internal" and small scale test), it's not a beta test which, on Duolingo, means "available to everyone".

Glad to see that there are three courses getting close to release!

Also congrats to Team Dutch on the Tree 2.0! I remember being around for the Dutch course's incubation and this revision has been a long time coming. Unfortunately fate has decided that I shouldn't be a part of the test group for it (nor has it chosen me for Korean alpha testing, so that's a double disappointment in a short period of time), but I eagerly await the time when the new tree comes my way!

Edit: Well whaddya know! I actually did get into the Korean alpha. Hooray for more good news!

The Time of Itch was good... :-) Oh, the excitement in the air!

Korczegon sounds like a geometry challenge in comparison.

To think that it's been enough years since then that I can't remember if it was 2013 or 2014... yeah, it's crazy to imagine that I've been here so long (since June 2013). The Time of Itch was indeed a good one. While the course volunteers have certainly learned much since then to help them develop quality courses, I can't help but wish for a return to a time where teams competed with each other for how quickly they could get their courses out.

The Duolingo (volunteer built) Wikia tells us that it was the summer of 2014: http://duolingo.wikia.com/wiki/Course_list. There were so many languages entering the Incubator (and subsequently exiting, not stalling) back then!!

Yiddish is stalled for a month again. I am not even surprised.

      ┐( ̄ヘ ̄)┌

Aw, English for Tagalog seems like it stopped.

Good to see that three courses are at 100%! Anticipating their release!

These statistics are so satisfying. Looking at the progress made is interesting. The only thing that worries me a bit is that English for Telugu speakers course.
