Nothing. It should be an acceptable translation. Report it if you wish.

Are there any alternatives to "is"? Does "Mijn buik zit vol" work?

So buik and maag are interchangeable? Is there any instance where they're not?

"Buik" is the general part of the body, the abdominal area, the belly; maag is the specific organ, the stomach. It appears to me that "buik" and "maag" are interchangeable to the same extent that "belly" and "stomach" are in English.

Een koe heeft vier magen. Ik denk dat je "vier buiken" niet zegt.

Na een grote maaltijd is mijn buik/maag vol.
