What's the difference between kinywa and mdomo? Both are translated as mouth in different exercises in this unit

As far as I understand it, mdomo is what is externally visible of the mouth (ie. the lips, but probably also used to mean "mouth" as a visible facial feature) whereas the kinywa is the internal space of the mouth, where the food goes.

I guess it might be a bit like, at least in technically correct English, the difference between the vulva (external) and the vagina (internal passage).

the very first strengthening exercise has "kunywa" translated as "mouth". So either they should both be accepted or the dictionary hints need to differentiate between the two words.
