Is there a good German/English Dictionary with phonetic pronunciation guides?

I mainly want this for the German 'r,' as the text to speech is often less-than-helpful when it comes to the actual sound of the r to use.

By this, I mean a website on which I can search a word and be able to see phonetic guides with symbols such as ʁ, etc.

Danke :)

Strangely, it's easier online to find audio recordings than IPA transcriptions. http://wiktionary.org/ is the most extensive source for German IPA transcriptions I've found so far. http://duden.de/ sometimes gives them, but only (it seems) for words that they consider that a native speaker might have trouble with.

PONS is a very reliable dictionary with broad transcriptions.

The Duden Aussprachewörterbuch is probably the most comprehensive resource, but it doesn't contain any definitions, it's not free, and you can only get it as an actual book, as a pdf or as a Windows/Mac app.

I like Linguee auf Deutsch (see http://www.linguee.com/german-english/translation/wahr.html and http://www.linguee.de/deutsch-englisch/uebersetzung/reden.html for German R sounds). It has very decent pronunciations, but alas does not have phonetic symbols. However it has good translations also. I very much like this site and I find it user-friendly.
