    Why is Duolingo opposing freedom of speech? Isn't the very point of learning new languages communication and self-expression?

    "Freedom of speech" is about the Government restricting what you can say. Duolingo is not the government.

    Sentence discussions are primarily about the grammar and vocabulary, not for discussing the content of the sentence or other, even less related things such as politics.
