Imabi, Animelon, Ankiweb, (since I use anki) and I used Tinycards briefly to get a grasp on the kana, before deciding to switch to something else.

Memrise, tanoshiijapanese, and https://hirogaru-nihongo.jp/. The last one though isn't for extreme beginners, in my opinion. They offer English versions, but it's more of an immersive thing where they teach you about the subject in Japanese using short texts and videos.
