"Sie" is here the polite form of du, it should be: Brauchen Sie Ihre Zeitung?
Are you saying that with 'brauchen sie' I have to use 'ihre' for 'your' but if I had said 'brauchst du' then 'deinen' would be the correct version of 'your'?
yes. but note that Zeitung has the article "die", so it will be: deine Zeitung and not deinen.
