That would change the meaning, so no.

  • Hij draagt de bril niet - He does not wear the glasses (a specific pair of glasses)
  • Hij draagt geen bril - He does not wear glasses [at all]

Not sure if it's a Duo glitch or my own lack of skill, but the normal-speed audio is now going so fast that "de" and "een" are virtually indistinguishable. It feels like the equivalent of trying to learn a language by listening to an auctioneer.
