Should this be 'Here are my favorites'. The english translation does not really make any sense the way it is now
I find the German sentence also hard to understand without a context. Maybe it's part of an enumeration?
"Hier also" is commonly used to introduce a list, but it doesn't have to be a list. I suppose it's comparable to the French "voilà" or the Italian "ecco".
If it is suppose to be a list, it would make since to have 'Here are' for the english translation. Maybe this is one of those things that does not really translate that well?
