Unlike English, Dutch uses the simple present for ongoing actions. A literal translation doesn't work here.

Why isnt 'sinds donderdag' after hebben, if time/manner/place are supposed to come after the verb?

Hallo! Kan ik wel schrijven:

"We hebben sinds donderdag de nieuwe stoelen".

Ik schrijf dit want de regel TMP (Time Manner Place). Dus ik dacht dat "sinds donderdag" eerst moet gaan, toch?
