Is this like "my ancestors were kings" kind of blood, or does it mean that you literally have a vial of King Tommen's/Queen cersei's blood?

Here "anogri" is singular and nominative, but so was "anogar" in a different phrase. Why is it "Dārōñor ānogri eman." but "Nuhor anogar daronor issa."?
