Translation:Slyším tvé auto.
"Já mohu slyšet tvé auto." would be the very literal translation ("můžu" is colloquial). We usually drop the pronoun, so "Mohu slyšet tvé auto." is correct. However, we usually would not say it this way.
In the opposite direction, "I hear your car" sounds a bit awkward in English.
