Translation to German from English

In most exercises, I am asked to write what a German sentence means in English. Every now and then I get a sentence that wants me to translate from English to German. I learn a lot better when I translate an English sentence into German but there are not enough questions that ask it. Will I get more questions like that the further I move along my tree?

Not a whole lot more. You could try to do the reverse tree (Learn English from German) as that would involve a lot more writing in German. People usually do this after completing the German tree first, though.

Bonus: Outside of Duolingo, there is https://tatoeba.org/eng/ which could complement your language learning.
