It is accepted, probably the grading bug.

I'm starting to feel the importance of the last word in order, a proto it's logic. But why počítač používat instead of používat počítač in the 3rd and 4th position?

Default: Babička neuměla používat počítač.

Stressing the negation (she could NOT use it): Babička počítač používat neuměla. OR Babička používat počítač neuměla. - Both equivalent.

Marginal: Babička neuměla počítač používat. - This one is a bit weird, as if she could do something else with the computer, but not USE it. But someone might say it like this, perhaps to sound a little dramatical.

I do not see a difference between this and the switched order.
