The Korean sentence and the English translation doesn't match. If the English is like that, the Korean should be: 가벼운 닭이 더 많이 먹어요. This sounds much better.
of course if we were contrasting it with the 무거운 닭 (that has likely already made the trip to 본촌치킨) we would probably use '닭은" which is currently not accepted.
