"Das Madchen hat den Apfel" is same as " Den Apfel hat das Madchen". Is it the same for all cases?

There might be a nuanced difference between the sentences. "Das Mädchen hat den Apfel" is a simple statement. With "Den Apfel hat das Mädchen" one might suggest there is some emphasis on the apple - it was the apple the girl had, not the banana. Does that make sense? Just a thought.

As to your question, you can still change them around in other cases.

Ich gebe dir ein Buch = Dir gebe ich ein Buch = Ein Buch gebe ich dir
Der Apfel meines Freundes = Meines Freundes Apfel (This sounds very archaic/ poetic)
