Progress after 1 year of learning.
Hi, how are you?
It's my first post on this forum. My name is Manu and I'm from Belgium. I've been learning English for a bit more than 1 year. For my learning I use Duolingo, some books or websites, and a great conversation app which gives me the possibility to practice with native speakers from all around the world.
After a lot of work and involvement, I'm really happy of my progress.
According to some tests I've done on the internet, my level is currently B2. I would like to keep up working to reach the C1 level.
Currently, the easiest for me is reading and writing. On the other and, I've got some problems to understand native speakers when they are talking to each other.
What would be your best advice to improve my listening skills? I listen to the BBC radio 1 every day, I try to watch to series and movies in English, but despite that it's really hard for me to understand the dialogues.
Thanks for your help, and have fun in your language learning.
