Paid for an ad-free subscription, but still receiving ads
On September 10, 2017, I paid for the ad-free option for a year to Duolingo, but continue to receive ads. I submitted an inquiry, and have responded four times to their bot-generated request for more information, supplying the specific information they have requested along with a screen shot of the receipt from Apple.
Unfortunately, all I get are automated responses claiming that they are working on the problem. Is anyone else having this issue? If so, is there a solution, or will I have to contact Apple to have the charges removed from my account.
