Male/female nouns in new picture matching exercises
I just had the new picture matching exercises in German for the first time. It was in the Occupations 1 level, and all three times I got this particular exercise, I had an unsolvable problem: I was asked to select the translation for 'cook' or 'employer', and both der Koch and die Köchin in the first case, and der Arbeitgeber and die Arbeitgeberin in the second, were shown; however, only one was accepted. It's impossible to know which of the two will be accepted as correct, as the English translations are identical. Can this please be fixed?
i agree, why does this happen? if both are literally translated and are correct, then why not have both as a correct answer? ...
